| Taxes are due & payable by March 31 yearly, after which they are considered in arrears. Interac service available . Post-dated cheques accepted for current year’s taxes only. 5% discount will be offered to residential tax customers on property, water and sewer, if accounts are paid in full before the Tax Deadline.Tax discount is not available on previous years taxes.Paid in full means full payment on or before March 31st,.Pre-Authorized Debit is offered and will come out on the 15th of each month.Pre Authorized Debit users will not qualify for the discount but will avail of the no interest.Starting April 30th,2019 interest will be charged to all overdue accounts at a rate of 2% compounded.
